APPLICATION

• The standard procedure of working with epoxy systems applies to the RESOLTECH 2010 FCI.
• The resin part (2010FC) should always be stirred thoroughly before use.
• Temperature of application: Around 20ºC will improve the handling of the system. Low temperatures will increase viscosity and curing time.
• The metal surface should be clean, degreased and dustfree. A light abrasion will improve the adhesion of the system. For aluminium decks, a chemical treatment or sandblasting is required.
• Avoid curing the system at high temperatures as it may generate tension problems.

• Film thickness: Up to 10mm.

CURING

Application conditions: 18 to 25ºC, 70% humidity maximum. Do not apply in temperatures lower than 10ºC.

Pot-life for 100g:4 Hours
Walking over: 24 hours at 23ºC
Full use: 72 Hours
