high performance epoxy laminating system
Advanced epoxy laminating system formulated to manufacture high performance structures
with or without post-curing. The system is suitable for the manufacture of large
structures and composite parts by contact, infusion and injection moulding. It features
an adjustable working time from 15mn to 8 hours, a max. Tg of 144°C, optimised
viscosity and low toxicity to the user. It is possible to release the parts from the mould
without post-curing (except with the HT & SL hardeners). The resulting structures will
have an excellent resistance to high temperature. The system is also suitable for casting
and filament winding applications.

Infusion Epoxy Resin system
RESOLTECH 1040 - 1405 is an epoxy resin system formulated for infusion applications. It enables to manufacture structural composites parts with all existing reinforcement fabrics.
Thanks to its low viscosity and high wetting properties, it can be used by hand lay-up or via infusion, vaccum bagging and RTM. Once reticulated at ambient temperature, the parts should be post-cured according to the thermal cycle indicated in this datasheet in order to obtain the maximum mechanical properties of this resin system. It’s TG of 150°C enables the realisation of high quality and performance parts as well as tooling for prepreg parts.

HADES RESOLTECH 1090FR-109xHTD is a system of epoxy resin self-extinguishing approved by the eronautical standards making it possible to carry out structural composite parts with all the existing reinforcements.
Thanks to its low viscosity and its reactivity, it as well allows applications in stratifi cation by traditional wet process as in fi lament rolling up and hot forming. The hardeners 109xHTD of this system are proportioned with 11 shares for 100 resin shares in weight and give very good temperatures of vitreous transition (90°C).
