A unique water based epoxy system.
RESOLCOAT 1010 is a unique water based epoxy system. It may be used in a very large number of applications such as primer, varnish, veneer adhesive but also as matrix for self levelling compounds or mortars. Domains of application range from marine construction, furniture manufacturing, industrial & residential construction and fine arts.
Apart from hydrophobic subtracts, the 1010 system is compatible with most supports such as wood, concrete, plaster, stone, ceramic, metal..etc. It can be highly diluted in water so its viscosity can result extremely low, resulting in a prime choice material for priming. It is used as wood primer on new woods & timbers but also as hardening material when applied of injected in old woods for conservation or purposes. Less diluted, it becomes a transparent varnish highly resistant to abrasion. It will enhance the colour of woods and other materials such as ceramics or carbon fibre.
Applied in maximum 2 thin layers, it’s micro-porosity to vapour will enable the 1010 to be used as a water barrier for materials that need to breath (wood, concrete).

Structural epoxy resin system for wood
RESOLTECH 1020 is a advanced epoxy laminating system for wood-epoxy constructions. It may be used for: all woods laminations, coating, scarfing, strip planking, as well as bonding in form of fillet joints applications when filled with wood flour and silica.
Thanks to its low viscosity and a wide range of hardeners (15 min to 10hours), it allows applications in both traditional wet layup, vacuum bagging or under press. A thixotropic version , the 1020T is available for vertical or overhanging applications prone to dripping.

It provides ease of use, low toxicity to the user, good impregnation of the timber surface, high mechanical performance of the cured structure and an adjustable working time. 1020T makes bonds that are stronger than the timber itself, enhancing its mechanical properties and producing long lasting heavy duty structures for marine, building and engineering applications.

Advanced epoxy laminating system formulated to manufacture high performance structures
with or without post-curing. The system is suitable for the manufacture of large
structures and composite parts by contact, infusion and injection moulding. It features
an adjustable working time from 15mn to 8 hours, a max. Tg of 144°C, optimised
viscosity and low toxicity to the user. It is possible to release the parts from the mould
without post-curing (except with the HT & SL hardeners). The resulting structures will
have an excellent resistance to high temperature. The system is also suitable for casting
and filament winding applications.

High Performance Epoxy Laminating System
Advanced epoxy laminating system formulated to manufacture high performance lightweight structures with glass, carbon, aramid and basalt fibers with or without post-curing. This new generation system, optimised with a low reactivity, low viscosity and excellent air release properties, is suitable for the manufacture of large structures and composite parts by contact, infusion and injection moulding while guaranteeing low toxicity working conditions to the user. It features an adjustable working time from 20mn to 3 hours and 20 minutes with two hardeners that can be pre-blended together to precisely adjust the pot life thanks to their identical mixing ratio of 100:30 and perfect compatibility. It is possible to release the parts from the mould without post-curing.

HADES RESOLTECH 1090FR-109xHTD is a system of epoxy resin self-extinguishing approved by the eronautical standards making it possible to carry out structural composite parts with all the existing reinforcements.
Thanks to its low viscosity and its reactivity, it as well allows applications in stratifi cation by traditional wet process as in fi lament rolling up and hot forming. The hardeners 109xHTD of this system are proportioned with 11 shares for 100 resin shares in weight and give very good temperatures of vitreous transition (90°C).

Structural Epoxy Adhesive
The Resoltech 3050C epoxy adhesive is a rubber toughened, high performance adhesive that will enable bondings with very high mechanical resistance (310 kg/cm2). It’s curing at ambient temperature and 1/1 mixing ratio in volume makes of the 3050C an easy product to work with. It will enables the bonding of materials of different dilatations coefficient and will resist in a large range of operating temperatures from -50°C to +80°C, with a maximum service temperature of 140°C. It is a solvent less adhesive with no contraction upon curing.
